Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to HausPath in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HausPath, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may close your account by contacting us at support@hauspath.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by email. Your continued use of HausPath after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
