SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text messaging services provided by HausPath, LLC ("HausPath") and apply to all users who opt in to receive text messages from HausPath.

1. Consent & Opt-In

HausPath offers two separate types of text message communications, each requiring its own consent:

  • Marketing messages — Product announcements, new features, promotions, and company news.
  • Non-marketing messages — Account activity, onboarding updates, system alerts, service notifications, and customer support communications.

You may opt in to either or both categories through the following methods:

  1. On our website: Visit our Contact page, enter your mobile phone number in the phone number field, check the consent checkbox(es) for the message categories you wish to receive, and submit the form.
  2. In your account: Log in to your HausPath account, navigate to account settings, enter your mobile phone number, and explicitly enable SMS notifications for the categories of your choice.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking a consent box for a given category, you consent to receive automated text messages from HausPath, LLC in that category. Your consent choices are independent — opting in to one category does not opt you in to the other.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using HausPath.

SMS Program Disclosure:

  • Program name: HausPath Account Notifications
  • Message sender: HausPath, LLC
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
  • To opt out: Reply STOP to any message from HausPath to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
  • For help: Reply HELP to any message from HausPath, or email support@hauspath.com.
  • Consent is not required as a condition of purchase or use of HausPath.
  • Privacy: Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, disabling SMS notifications in your account settings, or contacting support@hauspath.com.

2. Types of Messages

Depending on which consent categories you opt in to, HausPath may send you the following types of text messages:

Non-marketing messages (if you opt in to non-marketing SMS):

  • Activity alerts — Notifications about high-priority activities detected in your workflow
  • Onboarding updates — Messages guiding you through account setup and initial platform use
  • System alerts — Service notifications, outages, and other operational messages
  • Account notifications — Security alerts, login verification, and account-related messages
  • Customer support communications — Replies and updates related to support requests you initiate

Marketing messages (if you opt in to marketing SMS):

  • Product announcements — Information about new features and product releases
  • Promotions and offers — Occasional promotional messages about HausPath
  • Company news — Updates about the HausPath service and company

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, notification preferences, and the number of active items in your workflow. You can customize which types of notifications generate text messages in your account settings.

4. Costs

HausPath does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages from HausPath at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message from HausPath
  • Updating your notification preferences in your HausPath account settings
  • Contacting us at support@hauspath.com

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further text messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

For assistance with text messaging, you may:

  • Reply HELP to any text message from HausPath
  • Email support@hauspath.com

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and device compatibility.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued receipt of text messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
